Revue Nets $1100 For Stadium Fund At University Show
Spike Jones and his Musical Depreciation Revue grossed over 4600 with 350 turned away at the doors. Net proceeds of about 1100 will go to the stadium drive treasurer Paul Beck as Sal Gatti of the Friars club notes the event drew more than 3200 attendees. Doodles Weaver Sir Frederick Gas and Professor Feetlebaum led a lively program with Feetlebaum and the cast closing with Cocktails for Two.

USAF Seeks College Applicants for Officers Training
The United States Air Force invites applications from college men and women aged 20 to 24 or older with two years of college or equivalent, in good health and high character. Cadets receive one year of training and $75 monthly, and are commissioned as second lieutenants in the Air Force Reserve. The next class begins July 7, 1949, with applications via local recruiting offices.

Pop Ball May Be Cancelled Over Dues Shortfall
