AWVS Promotes Blood Drive On University Campus
The American Women's Voluntary Service plans a campus blood donor drive next week with Margaret Lewis and Mary Ellen Hoffman leading committees. About 56 members are urged to join. membership is open with no financial obligation. Volunteers may apply in the Student Council office to assist in sorting materials, typing, library help, and reading blueprints for university rooms.

An executive committee of five speech students launches a stock sale to fund an all student aircrew show. The three act comedy No Time For Classes by Harold Richards will be presented May 27 and 28 in the University auditorium directed by E Turner Stump. Red Cross Blood Donor List Grows at Kent Church
Twenty four persons have signed to donate blood to the Red Cross at Kent Methodist church on Friday April 30. The unit will be in Kent from 11 30 a m to 5 p m EWT. University dispensary still offers applications. Donor qualifications include ages 21 to 60 in good health with no colds. Minors need written parental authorization.

Camp Library Fund Reaches Sixty Two Dollars
The Penny Drive collected fifteen dollars last week and the Home Economics club voted to donate, with Agnes Young reporting. Funds go to the camp library fund to place Duchess and Stater files in army camps where former University students are stationed. The Women’s Athletic Association gave ten dollars and Lambda Phi five dollars.
