Jail Keeps Two Grandfalls Boys After Drunken Fight
After a Friday night fight two Grandfalls youths were jailed Saturday for drunkenness and disturbing the peace. They continued a jailhouse party as deputies observed a drink session and a back and forth push the sheriff attempted to stop. The jail remained full over the weekend.

WMU Changes To Circle Plan Of Organization

Bottle Tossing Injures Fern Brock at School Event
Fern Brock was hurt when a classmate struck her on the head during a bottle tossing activity. She received first aid at a local hospital. Several women attended a Hobbs Rebekahs meeting Tuesday evening. Dean Latch sprained her ankle stepping from a doorway and also got first aid at the hospital.
