Miss Grace Barnes, Macedonia church organist, suffered painful foot injuries when lightning struck the church Sunday afternoon amid a heavy storm. A nearby woman escaped injury as a plank shattered under her foot. The church was struck twice, rain poured in near the belfry, but no fire started and no Sunday school members were reported shocked.
