Broom corn plant eyed after seed sale in Belle Fourche
The Belle Fourche Bee reports 250 acres of broom corn seed sold to start a plant near town. The Belle Fourche factory moves to a new east side site with machinery to be placed in warehouses. Local farmers are urged to grow broom corn and haul product to the factory for a profitable local industry. Good work by Hulett Boy Scouts cleans streets and lots, improving town appearance under Wood and McRae.
