Mill tragedy at Pine Ridge ends life of Ed Moeller

Last Friday near Pine Ridge a distrene accident at the Mil led Ina saw mill claimed the life of Ed Moeller. Andrew Green had just set up the mill on the Moeller ranch when Moeller, working nearby, was dragged into the saw and fatally injured. The coroner convened a jury and found no blame. Moeller, recently arrived from Alcester South Dakota, left a widow and children. The community extends sympathy to the bereaved family.

Local Men Visit City For Brief Business

Werb Bush of Hulett and John Thorn of Carlile County were in town for several days late in the week. A steady rain Tuesday night into Wednesday eased travel and business in the area, per Moorcroft Blade.

Edwin Seely a longtime Crook G Wyoming resident died May 11 1911 after a life of church service and wartime service in the Philippines He married Misa Mary Stettn in 1906 and leaves a wife a son his father mother and two brothers Funeral services were held May 17 at the chapel in Hulett with Rev J F Wood officiating and burial in Hulett cemetery.
