William F. Smith Dead Honored Citizen
William Farrall Smith of Farrall Wyoming died at a Hot Springs sanitarium in South Dakota on May 26. A Civil War veteran and longtime Crook County legislator, he was known as Uncle Billy and leaves a wife, three sons Ed Charles and Ralph, two daughters and an adopted daughter. Funeral details and exact arrangements were not confirmed. The county conveys sympathy to the bereaved.
