The Two Goblins in Indian Summer on a Shipyard Farm
An old shipyard farm tale describes a warm Indian Summer day and a hen turkey returning home with her flock. Giant boarder Mr Ruggles sleeps in a single bed under the cockloft as goblins visit him at night. Two gobblers awaken him, and he awakes to find turkeys near his feet on the ridgepole, ending with his vow to keep feet safely in.
