Hubbard plans face enrollment surge by 1990
The General Plan for Hubbard projects 5800 to 6700 students by 1990 based on stable 22.6 per 100 population. Elementary growth could add 700 to 1000 pupils, with middle and high school rises of 900 to 1600, stressing Roosevelt Elementary and existing facilities. A K 4 2 3 3 reorganization is proposed as a long term option, with new schools near population clusters and land purchases for future expansion.
