Neighbors launch Howland Watch with new signs
Howland Township residents form a neighborhood watch in Foxcroft Veniece Heights Bolindale and Clifton Watch zones. Six signs were bought and placed with marked and unmarked patrol cars boosting deterrence. Crime has fallen over 50 percent in target areas and burglary is down 40 percent from last year.
