Manhunt for Blytheville man expands to Pemiscott and Dunklin
Authorities search Pemiscott and Dunklin counties for 26 year old Phillip Wheat of Blytheville Ark who escaped Tuesday from Dunklin County officers. A possible sighting Tuesday night did not lead to custody. It is Wheat's second escape in a week following an Arkansas jail break. Heavy rain hampered the manhunt as police pursued leads after his arraignment on a burglary charge. Poland note follows.
