HOM Flats plans advance on 24th Street in Holland
Two large scale housing projects move forward on 24th Street. HOM Flats at 24 East, approved May 11 by the Holland Planning Commission, will be the second HOM Flats in Holland from Magnus Capital Partners. The 191 unit project on Waverly Road at East 24th Street includes 60 one bedroom 84 two bedroom and 47 three bedroom units with pet friendly features and amenities such as central air in unit laundry dishwasher and garbage disposal. Community amenities slated include a dog park walking paths fitness center covered bike storage roof top terraces and a playground. Two retail buildings at 6,000 square feet will accompany the development.
