Witness testifies in arson case over Holland fires
Michael McNeer 35, homeless at the time, faces second and third degree arson charges after Holland fires on November 16. A witness said McNeer bragged about the blaze at a Shell station and at 87 E. 18th St., where a porch fire damaged the home and injured a firefighter.
