Farmington launches nationwide fuel cell test program
A fuel cell power plant test program began in Farmington Connecticut on May 19 with a 12-1/2 kilowatt unit in Talcott Village near Hartford. Sponsored by TARGET and including Public Service Electric and Gas Company the effort funds three more plants next year and is run by Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Division United Aircraft in cooperation with TARGET members.

Esso dealers and trainees learn modern equipment use and the latest merchandising techniques as part of a move to quality service by trained independent operators. The Hillside plant marked milestones this week with Casimir Schilling reaching 40 years at Bristol-Myers and Marian Warley entering her 25th year.
