Thomas J. Michael Ficzko of Hillside New Jersey marks his fifteenth year with Bristol-Myers Products. Born in Newark and educated there he joined the firm in 1946 and serves today as Hillside Cafeteria Manager. He leads the Essex County Salt Water Anglers Club and the Bristol-Myers Fishing Club and sits on the Bristol-Myers Association board of directors. Memory is the product of intelligence and work.

Savings reach 123,623,351 with an 18 percent annual gain, dividends total 2,875,961, and reserves rise by 264,576. Mortgage loans total 11,176,000 in H1 1971, lifting the portfolio to 109,546,510.
