Cooper Alloy appoints Reichers and Wall as Plant Managers
Cooper Alloy Corporation names Albert J. Reichers plant manager of the Aircraft Products Division in Clark and Richard G. Wall plant manager of the Stainless Engineering and Machine Works Division. Reichers joined in 1946, rising to superintendent in 1951 and to plant manager in 1956. Wall began as a machinist in 1939, became group leader in 1951, then general foreman of the Stainless Engineering division in October 1951, now directing the division focused on machining high alloy steels.

Clothes and athletic gear for men women and children were offered, raising funds and bringing total athletic aid to about 1 00250 through two sales. One thousand pounds of bronze ingots valued at 450 dollars were reported stolen from Savoy Brass Company at 725 Ramsey Avenue. Ingots stamped with S. Theft occurred after 5 pm April 11 and before 7:21 am April 12. Entry gained by breaking rear window. reported by Harvey Gross of Linden.
