Miss Joanne McCanless bride elect of Neil Wilson was honored at a tea hosted by Mrs. Walter Hutchens and Miss Mary Martha Hutchens at their home. Guests included Mrs. L Wayne McCanless, Mrs. Dollie Wilson, Mrs. William C Gordon, Miss Hutchens, and friends from Winston Salem. Hostesses gave a linen gift to the honoree as pink white decorations and silver service complemented the occasion.

Delta Kappa Founders Day Ball Held At VFW Club
Delta Kappa Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon held its Founder's Day Ball at the High Point VFW Club with about 75 couples. Iota Delta Chapter from Lenoir Rhyne College joined local members and alumni for a cherry and gray decor event featuring Bax ter Potts and his Men of Music.
