Henderson County zoning battle heads to appeals court over event barn
Henderson County homeowners Tamra and William Crane won a zoning fight for a 3000 square foot event barn on their 15 acre Bradley Road property. Neighbors Elizabeth and Stan Shelley plan to appeal after Superior Court upheld the zoning board. The case now goes to the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
