Carriage Park developer faces judgments on deeds
Foreclosure sale of plattted lots and vacant ridgetop land is planned for April 8 after Arendale Holdings won a 9.7 million loan court judgment against Dale Hamlin and Carriage Park Associates. Other claims include a 30 000 plus 83 400 owed to Brenda Altschul and a 6 000 earnest money confession. Hamlin blames Arendale for fabricating facts and taking most of net proceeds for years.
