Commissioners boot TDA chair in Henderson County shift
Henderson County Commissioners replaced Shannon Clarke as chair of the Tourism Development Authority with David Nicholson. Nicholson, a 30 year county employee and former county manager, cast the lone no vote on funding the Ecusta Trail. The TDA previously approved dedicating a quarter cent of its lodging tax to trail funding.
