Final sentencing for Keith Vinson in the Seven Falls real estate fraud case is slated for Thursday in U S District Court in Asheville. A 2013 jury conviction charged Vinson and co defendants with a scheme involving bankers investors and a property appraiser to keep the project afloat amid the 2008 housing crash.
