Gilligan brings Roaring Twenties dining to Hendersonville
International chef Michael Gilligan renovates the Inn on Church in Hendersonville turning it into Gilligan's Highland Harvey's. He reopened with a 1919 heritage, monthly wine pairings, vegan dinners with Sanctuary Brewing Co, and a rotating movie-and-dine series. The menu features miso caramelized Brussels sprouts, fried mac and cheese, sea scallops, ceviche, and crabs cake plates.
