Saluda residents oppose Hendersonville shooting range plan
Saluda area residents near the Macedonia Road site are organizing to block Henderson County officials from pursuing a 99 acre purchase for a shooting range and law enforcement training center. In a fourth bid to site the facility, county commissioners authorized admin istration to continue negotiations after a closed session, while residents argued the project harms Saluda-adjacent land and questions about the $6 million price.
