Marble Rock Open House for 50th Wedding Anniversary
Mr and Mrs Glenn Austin celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an Open House at their Marble Rock home. About 75 guests from Hampton Charles City Aredale Greene Waverly Mason City Oelwein and Marble Rock attended. The event featured guest book duties by Jill Austin of Charles City and confections by Galen Gates with cake served. Preceding the Open House a dinner at Turner's Cafe in Rockford honored the couple. Also noted is the death of Mrs Clara Lines at 77 with services in Rockford and burial at Riverside Cemetery.
