Topics include production practices fertility varieties timing planting rates weed and insect control and overall management. Butler County Extension Service Reports on Activities 1965

The Butler County Extension Service released its 1965 activities report led by Norman Brown as council chair. Key programs included swine, dairy, soil and water, home economics, 4-H, and community development in partnership with Iowa State University and USDA. Staff delivered 269 meetings with 10 926 attendees, handled 8 428 requests, produced 517 articles, 70 radio talks, and distributed about 13 800 bulletins to Butler County residents.
