Vice Admiral Semmes announces the 22nd annual national competitive exam for the Regular Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps will be held December 9, 1967. The program funds tuition, fees, uniforms, and books at 52 civilian colleges with $50 monthly subsistence for up to four years and at sea training during summers. Eligible high school seniors and graduates must apply by November 17, 1967, via counselors, Navy Recruiting Stations, or the Chief of Naval Personnel in Washington, D. C. 20876.
