Rodeo Returns to State Fair Des Moines Iowa
The official rodeo sanctioned by the Rodeo Cowboys of America will be a featured attraction at the 1966 Iowa State Fair. Professional cowboys compete in saddle and bare back bronc riding, Brahma bull riding, steer wrestling, and calf roping for prizes and national standings points. The event showcases top bucking stock and is scheduled for August 22 evening and August 22 and 23 afternoons.

Change Announced in Gasoline Refunds for Farmers
Federal refunds for gasoline used on farms are no longer filed on Form 2240. The Excise Tax Reduction Act of 1965 requires refunds to be claimed as a credit on the annual income tax return. Individuals will claim on Form 1040 and corporations on Form 1120. quarterly refunds of $1,000 or more use Form 843. Ernest W.
