Entertained members of the Afternoon Card club with bridge and refreshments Friday. Mrs C G Rucker hosted the Happy Day club with social time and tea. Twenty guests surprised Mrs Joe Amdahl on her birthday with afternoon refreshments. Graettinger Embroidery club hosted a farewell party for Mr and Mrs Thompsen at Dr and Mrs C A Shiley’s home, bridge played at several tables, high score by Geore Frick.
