Fatal two-vehicle crash near Morris school house
A car returning from the Henry county Fair on the Ottokee road south of the Morris school house struck a roadside stone pile. Passengers Chris Callahan and William Attwood later died from injuries, with Don Callahan and Mr Andrews unhurt. The事故 occurred about one mile north of Wauseon. Funeral services were held in Lyons for Callahan and Attwood.

Gleaners Convention Fills Wauseon Streets in August Parade
North Western Ohio Gleaners from twelve counties gathered at Wauseon for a large convention and field day. Attendance neared 2000 at Monumental Park as bands played and prizes were awarded for pageantry. A program led by A H Hough highlighted speeches praising community spirit and local business support.
