County Military Board Selects for Special Service Ruling

Two Fulton County men Henry J Schingel Archbeld and Lawrence D Griesinger are among 95 000 picked to report for physical exams under a new War Department ruling. Aviation and Signal Corps roles include machinists electricians and blacksmiths with training planned before assignment to squadrons. They are scheduled to report to cantonments around March 20 and will leave Wauseon after exams.

Poultry project offered to boys and girls by county schools

February milk payments totaled 92 490 75 to dairymen of Fulton County while a Red Cross benefit in Archbold drew about a dozen locals.
