Barber Banks Dividends Promised On Notes In Toledo
Creditora of The Barber Banks paid nine percent dividends on notes presented Monday and Tuesday at Security Savings Bank & Trust Company in Toledo. Receivers reported 118% notes were handling dividend payments while many noteholders could mail in notes with self addressed envelopes for return postage. Authorities noted outstanding notes valued near $150,000 with further dividends possible reaching 50 to 76 percent of claims.
