George D Green born Feb 24 183? near Morenci Michigan died Jan 9 1922 in Wauseon Ohio just shy of eighty. He helped found Eager and Green and later the Peoples Bank and the Grisier Insurance group. He and wife Maria Sheldon had no children and his loss marks the passing of a veteran regional businessleader. He rests beside his wife in Morenci Michigan.

At the annual meeting on January 4 1922 Earl D Willson was named cashier succeeding Charles Struble who served since 1890. Struble becomes vice president replacing Carl Greenleaf who now lives in Elkhart Indiana. Lola Knapp, accountant for eleven years, is promoted to assistant cashier. The bank is Fulton County s oldest and largest.
