Harper Kerrville Road Designated Farm To Market
The Harper Kerrville road in Gillespie and Kerr counties was designated a Farm To Market route by the Texas Highway Commission on May 7. The designation requires free right of way and the Kerr County section will be maintained by the State Highway Engineer. Gillespie County construction will be funded in the next Federal Secondary Program with Gillespie mileage charged against Kerr County allocations.
