Dedication services of Emmanuel church of the Evangelical Association were led by Bishop Thomas Bowman with sermons, holy communion for over four hundred, and a large noon dinner for about five hundred. Visitors from Hreston attended. eight hundred dollars was raised to clear church debt. Married. Maggie McMahan and Fred Mosiman wed at the bride’s parents’ home with Rev Manshardt officiating.
