An advertisement describes a wide range of ladies and children hats sold at the Ems Store Millinery Parlors. Includes Rough and Ready Picnic Hats at 41c, Pearl Straw dresses hats at 45c, and boys hats from matec and upwards, with garden hats offered in lac.
The President appointed several new postmasters including Parlenbower Napa City Anderson C Laramie City Celina Fort Atkinson and others with suspensions noted. Postmaster Celina was suspended for using postal funds and Fort Atkinson for offensive partisanship. The Albatross cruise seeks a complete specimen of the mammoth octopus and tile fish near Cape Henry and Grand Banks.
