Mrs Frances M W Harms and her daughter Hattie have been arrested in Windsor Ontario for uttering counterfeit American and Canadian coin. A large quantity of counterfeit half and quarters was found in Mrs Harms bed, with several in Harlas possession. They pleaded not guilty and were remanded for trial. A passenger train on the Ohio and Michigan Railroad was derailed after crossing a trestle near Fairchild, resulting in fatalities and many injuries. Olean has refused 22000 to build two new school houses.
