Iroquois Glenn Aughenbaugh traveled to Sioux City Friday to stay with relatives for an extended visit. Walker McDonald broke his ankle while watching a school playground game Friday noon after a player tripped over his legs. A daughter was born to Mr and Mrs William Brooks on Wednesday. Miss Wilma Carter, teaching at Timber Lake, spent the weekend in Iroquois. Mrs HG Brown left Monday for Aberdeen to attend the grand chap.

Cavour shed moved to Hansen ranch for cattle feeding shed

The large machine shed near the pool hall was purchased by the Hansen brothers. They are dismantling it and hauling it to their ranch nine miles south of Cavour to use in building a large cattle feeding shed and feed banks. Miss Georgiana Kauth is reported improved after sciatic rheumatism.

Inland town notices mix in brief health and visits

The report records Hermen Dubro of Esmond in critical condition after stopping at Cavour while en route from Huron. Edwin Zell of Rayville is carrying out extensive improvements on his property.
