Twenty Years Ago In Huron Travelers Return From Lake Byron
J M Stiver and Bert Ellerson came back today from a hunting day at Lake Byron. Mrs J C Klemme joined Maccabees leaving for Aberdeen for the state meeting. Mrs EB Cressey of Sioux Falls, formerly of Huron, was in town en route home from the Baptist convention in Aberdeen. Ellen Dickey left for Aberdeen with the Maccabee drill team. Ruth Jones headed to Pierre for the football game and to visit friends. A K Gardner returned Saturday from Rapid City. Secretary Pasek of Huron College returned from North Dakota and Aberdeen. Mr and Mrs Charles J Anderson left for Sioux Falls after a week’s visit with her parents. The Thompsons, Grovers and John Grover left for Redfield Ashton and Ath work on an automobile trip, expected to return tomorrow.

Woodworth Rites To Be Saturday
Memorial services for Dr. R E Woodworth, 65, longtime superintendent of the state tuberculosis sanitarium, will be held Saturday at two oclock at Miller funeral home in Sioux Falls. A Thursday memorial at the sanatorium auditorium precedes the burial. The body will be taken to Sioux Falls with wife and son Dr Phil Woodworth. Other relatives in different cities could not attend.
