South Dakota Dental Association Plans Convention Program

Rapid City hosts the forty-seventh annual dental meeting July 1 and 2 with speakers from Indianapolis Minneapolis and Cleveland. About 200 dentists are expected as Mayor Werner opens the session and Dr Robert Jasman presides. The program features talks on nutrition restorative dentistry and dental anatomy with a fish fry banquet and officer elections.

Brown County road contracts relet in gravel and resurfacing

PIERRE June 18 contract action by the state highway commission relets thirty miles of gravel surfacing and about 25 miles of resurfacing in Brown County. Bids due June 27. Gravel routes include 0.4? miles Groton to south line and 14.088 miles Groton to north on State Highway 37. Resurfacing covers 7.? miles on State Highway 10 and 14.716 miles plus a county project west and north of Glaremone.
