State College Students Plan Little International Livestock Show
More than 150 State College students prepare for the Little International Livestock Show at Brookings. Fitting begins January 30 with a two week care and show period. Awards awarded February 11 during Farm at Home week. Clarence Stockland of Wakanda chairs the event with a list of booth chairmen in animal husbandry, dairy, agronomy, engineering, meats, economics, entomology, veterinary science, horticulture, and more. Judges to be drawn from faculty and guests.

Women Recovering From Car Injuries in Wessington
Mrs. Hoyt Nicholas and Mrs. Fred Sparks of Wessington are recovering from numerous cuts and bruises after a last week auto accident. They were returning from a Lemke home party when their car collided with another. Sparks’ car was a total wreck, while Bir Finney of Sioux Falls, the other driver, was uninjured.
