Burglarized Parkison's Store Leads to Trio of Boys
Parkison's general merchandise store was entered last Thursday night with small items stolen. City Marshal Willis traced the burglary to brothers Edward Tennant and Willard Haines and their younger companion, who were arrested and given a harsh but cautioned admonition after pleading guilty. A second raid at a vacant house connected to the boys yielded more loot. The case proceeds under local law with hopes the youths learn a lasting lesson.
