Land Office at Bismarck announces Waltin Levitz has filed intent to make final proof on his claim for the SE quarter of Section 7, Township 120 North, Range 76 East. Proof to be given before Clerk P G Rooks in Emmons County at Linton on June 28, 1905, with witnesses Johannes Blegler Nikolaus Ternes Kuri Ternes and Vinzens Seltzler, all of Strasburg, N D. M. H. Jewell, Register.
Notice from the Land Office at Bismarck North Dakota dated April 18 1905 announces Ottie Casey formerly Ottie Percy has filed notice to make final proof for a homestead in section 18 township 131 north range 64 west of the fifth principal meridian.
