Mrs. Edward Burre of the Sharp block was cleaning furniture with gasoline when old rags ignited the vapor. She and her six year old son escaped unhurt after a flash and report of an explosion. Bennett Committed To The County Jail
John Bennett, a colored man arrested in Cleveland on a murder charge, was brought to Oberlin for a hearing before Major Vauger and committed to the county jail without bail. Street Car Collision Injures Farmer Near Amherst
