Joseph Blinsey of Oak Point was indicted by the grand jury for selling intoxicating liquor on Sunday under a local option township. An arraignment is planned in a few days with defendants ready to plead guilty or not guilty to the charges.
Elyria team Buckeye Juniore posted 684 and 780 and 845 while Lorain side Loria Juniore tallied 742 and 6Ha and 703 at the Power Block Alleys on Thursday evening. Samuel Woodcook topped the scoring with 223.
Amherst constable Laurence Hermann faced the justices Wednesday evening on charges of assaulting George Behroeder and Peter Kote in a Septem ber 11 fracas. He was released after it emerged he acted as a peace officer in his township and Schroeder failed to disclose this when securing the constable’s arrest.
Miss Mable Nichols daughter of Mr and Mrs W J Nichols of Chestnut street married J Adolphus Ebert a popular young pharmacist. Rev W E Cnd mug pastor of Tirer Congregational church performed the ceremony. The couple will reside in Elyzia.

A intoxicated man punched strangers on a Syracuse street and was placed under arrest by Constable Cahoon on Thursday afternoon. After sobering up, he was released and ordered to leave town within fifteen minutes.

Dan Gerry an Elyria man living on West Broad street was shot in the wrist by an Austrian drunken assailant in South Lorain on Wednesday afternoon. The wound is not serious. The assailant was bound over to the grand jury by Mayor King and jailed in Elyria. Adolphus Ebert 25 Elyria pharmacist and Miss Mable Nichols 20 Elyria mentioned in the notice.
The annual Battery E First Ohio Light Artillery reunion gathered twenty veterans and families at Wellington. A dinner was served by WRC and Mayor Hall's welcome was delivered by Xenophon Park of Elyma. The next reunion will be in Elyria.
