Hatchet Thrown in West River Street Dispute
A Friday altercation among three West River street women ended with Mrs. Henry Kline accused of disorderly conduct after allegedly hurling a hatchet toward Mrs. Hastings and Belle Schafer. Hastings suffered a severe bruise to the left wrist. Kline’s court appearance was continued due to illness.
