Wilint Turdner the insurance selector who promised wealth to Dr Black and others in this city a few years ago has now faced punishment. He organized the Washington Insurance Union drawing many into loss. He was not indicted on embezzlement and later got a short sentence for bigamy. After release he fled to Indiana then New York where he was sentenced to six and a half years in Sing Sing.
