His insanity is said to be hereditary his father having gone mad years ago. He talks wildly and seems to be under great excitement. Loraig members of the Fifth U N have recalled orders to commence target practice.

Architect E W Campbell submitted the finished plans for the East Side school to the Board of Education. The building will be imposing with fire resistant features and up to date interior design.
