The board reported strong finances with nearly double the year’s business from the previous year.
Edward Gorman, formerly a brakeman and later a conductor on the Big Four railroad, sues for 25000 after a loose grabiron failed and he fell from a moving train, resulting in an above elbow amputation and lifelong disability. Attorneys Skiles and Skiles represent the plaintiff.

A boy, son of Mrs. Wilder of Middle avenue, fell from the first floor into a cellar at a George Street building site and was badly hurt near the head. He was unconscious for a period after the fall.

Also notes a Oberlin Ohio property for sale and endorses DeWitt’s Witch Hazel Salve for piles with anti counterfeit warning.
