Boy Drowns at Black River Near Waterworks
Peter Kaiser a thirteen year old of 661 East River street drowned Sunday at about six near the waterworks dam as he swung from a rope with an iron ring over the river. Friends witnessed the fall and rescue efforts failed. injuries suggested he could not swim.
