John White, about 35 to 40, drowned Sunday afternoon while bathing with Lou Zerman and others at the river foot of Second Avenue Lorain. White dove from an old fish tng and disappeared. his body has not been found as crews continue searches. He lived at John Martin's boarding house and worked as a helper at the American Shipbuilding Company.

Arrest at American House for Adultery and Neglect
